HLS/CSS Biometric Products

There are two main hardware products and a software product currently available. More software applications will be available in the very near future and there will also be a few new hardware products later in the year that could be very exciting.

How our Biometric Encryption Products work

Biometrics

Both hardware products use a biometric sensor combined with an encryption program to guarantee authenticity and security with regards to documents, folders, PCs/laptops, and networks.

The biometric sensor is made by Authentec®, the leading manufacturer of biometric sensors in the world and uses a Radio Frequency (RF) signal combined with a high quality algorithm to map the subdermal layer of your fingerprint to ensure a positive match. A live pulse is required for a reading to be positively confirmed and with each subsequent reading, the sensor's impression of the fingerprint becomes more and more exact. The benefit of this method is that the fingerprint cannot be faked by a photograph or by a wax mold because the scan occurs at the subdermal level and a life pulse is required for a positive reading. Hence, the correct person, currently alive, is the only person who can log in under that fingerprint.

Encryption

The encryption tied to our hardware devices and to the network that they are/could be connected to uses the world's first 384 bit, 18 layer encryption. It is simply the most complex, hardest to hack encryption yet developed in the world. For comparison's sake, it would take a Cray® Supercomputer 10 years to crack the encryption tied to every single file encrypted through these devices. The current federal government’s standard is a 256 bit encryption and there are still financial multinational corporations using a 128 bit encryption throughout their networks. Needless to say, our encryption isn’t comparable to what current government and corporate standards are. We are exponentially more advanced and secure than those standards.

The Products

Our first product is a mouse primarily used with PCs within an office setting. There is a protective cover over the sensor to extend the life of the sensor. The mouse is designed to be comfortable to the touch and complementary to the wrist for added usability.

Our second product is a portable flash drive that would be used primarily with a portable laptop but can also be used as a completely secure, portable hard drive. There are various degrees of memory available with the flash drive for different needs.

The software attached to both products also enables the user to lockdown their computers, essentially making them impenetrable to hacking or tampering since the computer would require both the biometric device AND your live fingerprint. Otherwise, all documents, sensitive materials, etc. held on the memory of the device (flash drive only) and the hard drive of your computer are completely safe and secure.

These capabilities are also available at a network-wide level and can be implemented within a currently existing network with relative ease. Both of these products are Vista® compatible already with plug and play potential within nearly all existing networks.

Software

The software currently attached to the hardware devices above currently enable the devices to be properly installed upon the computer, enabling fingerprints to be enrolled, backup passwords to be established, and proper prompting of fingerprints at login.

The software suite currently available outside of the devices is a time and attendance program that is near completion and can be easily integrated into a current network environment with numerous features to complement the new secure network status and these hardware products. Future software suites with various capabilities are expected in the future to maximize the capabilities of these hardware and any other hardware devices developed in the future.
